We begin with an in-depth kickoff meeting to review the project overview, architectural plans, and overall design intent. This ensures clear alignment with the client’s vision, production standards, and the project’s aesthetic direction, setting the foundation for a seamless design process.

Following the kickoff, a curated concept moodboard is prepared and sent via email. This reflects the design intent discussed during our meeting and provides a clear visual framework for finishes, materials, and the overall interior aesthetic.

A detailed design review meeting is scheduled, presenting each room with all physical samples and supporting 2D or 3D design renderings. This presentation allows for clear visualization and precise approval of materials and finishes.

Upon approval of the design, a complete specification package is prepared. This document includes all selected materials, finishes, product codes, and installation notes, providing the client with the necessary information to proceed with procurement and scheduling. Millwork drawings will also be completed and issued following design approval to support fabrication and installation requirements, if included as part of the client’s approved scope and fee.

During construction, site visits are scheduled at key milestones to verify finishes, guide trades, and ensure the design intent is executed with precision, where included in the client’s approved scope and fee.
